Romain Vienne grew up in the pretty village of Lecelles. And it is here, in the old Presbytery of his childhood town, after having walked the paths of the great tables of France (Relais Bernard Loiseau, 3 stars in the Michelin guide - La Laiterie, 1 star - Le Clarance, 1 star...) passing through bistros and brasseries, that he chose to open his own restaurant at the age of 34.
